The grandmother (YiaYia) of one of the founder's partners, Eleni, who came from Greece in 1958, was an extraordinary cook. She would often tell us candidly that when she was younger, she would have opened a sort of kitchenette. And there you have it! She passed away before seeing it, but she knew we were going to open it. The name is in her honor.
Creating unique and friendly kitchenettes where you can eat quickly without compromising on taste. Becoming the place where the line gets longer every lunchtime (and every evening).
